Nokia Lumia 900 now shipping in China

The Nokia Lumia 900 has been launched in China, spurring the handset’s globetrotting vows. The last time we talked about the phone, its batman variant was announced for the UK.
This Lumia sports a 4.3-inch ClearBlack touchscreen on the front panel. Another component adding considerable weight to the specs sheet is the 8MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics allocated to the flip side. Besides, there’s a 1MP front-facing imager for video conferencing. Drenched in vivid colors of cyan, white and black, the device shows off a single unibody construct, something that’s standard with Lumia handsets.

“I am very excited to introduce our premium Lumia smartphone, the Nokia Lumia 900, to consumers in China, completing our Nokia Lumia family. People will be blown away by the brilliant content on the crisp, 4.3-inch screen, amazed at the speed of sharing high-quality images and videos, and love the freedom of its longer battery life,” expressed Gustavo Eichelmann, Vice-President and Head of Nokia China.

Considering that the smartphone is entering China, it arrives built-in with apps like Alipay, Baidu Search, QQ IM and Sina Weibo. Needless to say, applications such as Nokia Maps, Music and Drive are pre-installed as well. Apart from these offerings, Microsoft Office emails and social networking utilities are included. What’s more, an NFC enabled Nokia Reaction Bluetooth headset is shipping along with the phone to facilitate hands-free calling.

The Nokia Lumia 900 price is marked at RMB 4599 for China. It can be picked up from the company’s retail outlets and sales channels like D. Phone, DXT, Funtalk, Suning, Gome as well as other online stores including 360Buy.
